Step 2. Setup Exchange Service (We do not offer on-site sharpening)

John or Nick will come and do a presentation on how it works.  We will present the high-end professional kitchen cutlery for you to choose from.  

You take one set of knives and we keep a second set that is sharpened and ready for the next exchange.  

On the scheduled exchange day, we will delivery your sharp knives and collect the dull knives to be sharpened for the next exchange.  

Your knives are always sharpened and ready when you need them.  

We can exchange earlier than scheduled in emergency cases.

How often should we sharpen?

We recommend sharpening every one to two weeks to ensure sharpness, efficiency, and safety. For kitchens where knives are ‘steeled’ routinely throughout the day, we recommend weekly exchanges.

Do we need to clean the dull knives before you take them to sharpen?

No, we clean and sanitize the knives when we accept them, as well as after sharpening.
